Johny Alberg represents hard work, integrity, and dedication. He is not your typical candidate, while most have worked behind a desk with pencil and paper, he's been out braving the elements with a hammer and saw in hand, he has worked in manual labor his entire life.

Now as a disabled carpenter who can no longer swing a hammer, he looks to make a change in the world he lives in, as he is nowhere near done working. He can represent the working class with an open ear to his community.

Starting at a young age he became a confirmed Catholic, earning the title as a Master Alter boy. He was an active member of the Catholic church before he can remember.  At the age of 14, he started working with the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act under President Nixon. Johny stayed with the program until he completed high school. Out of high school, Johny became a logger and worked at the mill on the green chain until the mill was shut down.
After the closing, he segregated fruit while providing sanitation control in the warehouse. Johny picked up a third job washing dishes all while finding the time to be the head coach for youth baseball. Johny coached for over 8 years, during which time, he positively impacted the lives of many young players. Johny got to enjoy watching many of his players become successful adults. When he became a father, Johny decided to spend more time with his family and became a Custodian for the school district. He truly enjoyed playing a working role in the lives of children.

As the economy spiraled downwards,  Johny needed to make ends meet once again. His tenacity helped Johny start his own construction business. At this time, Johny also joined the local Carpenter's Union while still running his own construction business. In addition to time spent on his business and the union, he also found the time to volunteer for his daughter's Parent Teacher Association. Johny jumped at the opportunity to build backdrops for school plays and construct floats for local parades. If there was something that needed fixing, you could call Johny day or night and he was there at the drop of a hat.
After his daughter completed school he focused on his career in the union as a quality control carpenter. Johny maintained the safety and integrity of the buildings he worked on, diligently maintaining the quality of the project. If there are two words that describe Johny Alberg, they are hard working. He knows the benefits of working hard and fulfilling aspirations. Johny steps up whenever it is needed and he is stepping up now to represent our community.

Johny stands for family, equality, and the working man. He supports our military and our veterans. He believes our schools and our teachers are of upmost importance, He supports our president and believes law enforcement is a necessity. From being a custodian all the way to the boss, Johny respects everyone just the same, everybody deserves to be heard.
